What is the status of my order?

We have you covered! We will email you as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order. Haven't received any emails? Email our communications team at communications@anticclothing.com and they will get it sorted out for you! 

My discount code is not working, what do I do?

Please note that some discount codes may require users to create an account on the site and be logged in upon check out to utilize the discount code. Try creating an account, logging in, and try checking out with the discount code again. If that doesn't work, please email our communications team and they'll get it sorted out for you!

Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?

Yes! We ship worldwide and process many different types of credit cards/payment methods.

How long will it take me to get my order?

All orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible through many of our domestic and international warehouses, depending on the fastest shipping method available to your location. We typically take 1-3 business days for handling & processing your order. The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 7-14 business days. Depending on your location, you might receive items as soon as a few days.

How can I check the status of my order?

We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email. You can also see the current status of your order here.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. If you'd like to make a return and get a refund, please reference 

How do I return my order?

What do I do if my order is damaged?

We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! Please let us make it right. Our communications team will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or issuing a refund. You may contact our customer service team at communications@anticclothing.com

Why did I only receive part of my order?

Don't worry, it's on its way! While we do our best to ship all orders in one package, there are times when orders will ship from multiple warehouses. If you did not receive multiple tracking numbers, please reach out to our communications team for assistance.

Where can I find product sizing information?

Product sizing varies between different brands and styles. Product size information can be found toward the bottom of each product detail page. Unless otherwise specified sizing is in inches and is taken with the item lying flat.
